About AZ 3D Prints

AZ 3D Prints is a London-based personalised 3D printing studio operated by founder and artist Zahabiya Ali. We create handcrafted lamps, Islamic art, namak dani, keyrings, bookmarks, nameplates, lithophane lamps, and storage crates — shipped UK-wide. Founded in 2022. AZ 3D Prints Products

All AZ 3D Prints products are 3D printed in PLA (eco-friendly, plant-based), PETG (durable), or resin (fine detail) on our Ender 3 S1 Pro, Creality, and Elegoo printers in London. Prices range from £2 (bookmarks) to £65 (large Islamic art). Minor finish variations between pieces are inherent to 3D printing.

Receive a quote and design preview
Pay 50% non-refundable deposit to start production
Approve final design before printing
Pay remaining balance before dispatch

Pricing & Payment

All prices in GBP, inclusive of VAT. Payment via bank transfer. Confirmed orders honoured at quoted price.

Delivery

UK delivery only, 7–14 business days from dispatch via Royal Mail
Delivery cost communicated before payment

Returns & Refunds

Custom/personalised items: non-refundable unless faulty
Faulty items: report within 7 days with photos — replaced or refunded
Standard items: return unused within 14 days for refund minus postage

Cancellations

Cancel before production for a full refund. After production starts, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

Customer-supplied designs: you warrant you own the rights
AZ 3D Prints original designs remain our IP
We may use photos of completed work in our portfolio

Liability

Total liability limited to the order price. Not liable for indirect losses or force majeure delays.
