Custom Order Process
- You share your idea — as much or as little detail as you have. A rough description, a photo, a reference image, or just a feeling.
- We talk through it — we'll ask questions, suggest what's possible, and confirm what you'd like.
- We share a preview — before we print, you'll see a digital preview of the design to approve.
- We print and post — once approved, your piece is printed, checked, and sent to you.

What to Expect from a Custom Order
Every custom order begins with a conversation. Once we understand your vision, here's what we bring to the table:
- Choice of materials — PLA for prototypes and decorative items (smooth matte finish, widest colour range), PETG for durable or functional pieces that need to withstand heat or handling, and resin for ultra-fine detail work such as miniatures, jewellery moulds, or intricate calligraphy.
- Typical turnaround — 7–14 days from design approval, depending on complexity. Simpler items like keyrings or bookmarks are usually ready within a week.
- Transparent pricing — starts from £15 for small items. Bulk discounts apply for orders of 5+ pieces — ideal for event favours, classroom sets, or corporate gifts.
- Free digital preview — you'll see exactly what your piece will look like before we start printing. Two design revisions are included at no extra cost.
- 10% first-order discount — mention the website when you get in touch and we'll apply 10% off your first custom order.
Frequently Asked Questions
- What materials do you use for custom orders?
- We offer three core materials. PLA is our most popular — ideal for decorative items, lamps, and prototypes with a smooth matte finish. PETG is stronger and more heat-resistant, perfect for functional or outdoor pieces. For ultra-fine detail work like miniatures or jewellery moulds, we use resin printing. We'll recommend the best material for your project during the consultation.
- How long does a custom order take?
- Most custom orders are completed within 7–14 days from design approval. Simpler pieces (keyrings, small nameplates) are typically closer to 7 days, while larger or more complex designs may take the full 14 days. Bulk orders of 5+ items may need an additional 3–5 days. We'll confirm the timeline before you commit.
- How many revisions do I get?
- Every custom order includes 2 free design revisions. You'll receive a digital preview before printing begins, and can request changes at no extra cost. Additional revisions beyond the included two are available at £5 each.
- What's the minimum order quantity?
- There is no minimum order — we happily produce single one-off pieces. For bulk orders of 5 or more items, we offer discounted per-unit pricing. Many customers order batches for weddings, Milad events, or Eid gifts. See our full product range for inspiration.
- Can I provide my own design file?
- Yes — we accept STL, OBJ, and 3MF file formats. If you have a ready-to-print file we can review it for printability and quote directly. If you don't have a file, no problem — we design from scratch based on your brief, photos, or references. Get in touch to discuss your project.
