AZ 3D Prints is a personalised 3D printing studio in London, UK, founded by Zahabiya Ali in 2022. Everything we make is printed to order in PLA, PETG, or resin — here's what that means for your timeline, packaging, and delivery across the UK.
AZ 3D Prints UK-Wide Delivery
We ship to all UK addresses — England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or a tracked courier service depending on size and value. You will receive a dispatch notification when your order ships.
AZ 3D Prints Production & Delivery Timelines
Every product is printed fresh when you order. Production time is included in the timelines below — these are combined figures from order confirmation to delivery at your door.
All timelines are from order confirmation (when we've agreed the design), not from payment. If you have an event date, tell us when you order and we'll flag any timeline risks upfront.
Packaging
Every order is wrapped in tissue paper and packed in a rigid box or padded envelope suited to its size. Fragile pieces — lamps, art plaques, lithophanes — are protected with bubble wrap or foam inserts. We keep packaging minimal but secure; we don't use unnecessary materials.
Gift-ready presentation is available on request — mention it when ordering and we'll ensure the piece is packed appropriately for giving.
Returns & Refunds
Because every item is made to order and personalised, we cannot accept returns on completed pieces unless the item is faulty or differs significantly from what was agreed.
- Faulty or damaged on arrival — photograph the damage within 48 hours and contact us. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
- Significantly different from agreed design — contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll reprint or refund.
- Change of mind — we cannot offer refunds once production has started on a personalised item.
- Design preview approval — for lithophanes and complex custom orders, we share a digital preview before printing. Approving the preview constitutes acceptance of the design.
Urgent Orders
Need something by a specific date? Contact us before ordering and tell us your deadline. We'll confirm whether the timeline is achievable before you pay. We always try to accommodate time-sensitive requests — especially around Eid, weddings, and other significant occasions.

- Do you ship outside the UK?
- UK only at present. For international enquiries, email zahabiya@az3dprints.com and we'll discuss on a case-by-case basis.
- Can I request express delivery?
- Contact us before ordering with your deadline. We'll confirm whether the timeline is achievable — we can't promise next-day production on all products, but we always try.
- What if my order arrives damaged?
- Photograph the damage and contact us at zahabiya@az3dprints.com within 48 hours. We'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
- How are orders packaged?
- Tissue paper, rigid box or padded envelope, bubble wrap or foam for fragile pieces. Gift-ready packing available on request.
- What is the returns policy for personalised items?
- Made-to-order personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty or significantly different from what was agreed. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if there's an issue.
