- How far in advance should I order?
- At least 3–4 weeks for batches of 20–100 pieces. For 100+ or fully custom orders, allow 4–6 weeks. The earlier you contact us, the more we can guarantee your timeline.
- What's the minimum order?
- No strict minimum, but batch pricing starts at 10 pieces. Most wedding orders are 20–150 pieces.
- Can I have different names on each favour?
- Yes — we regularly print batches with a different name on each piece. Provide the name list and we'll prepare each one individually at no extra setup charge.
- Can you match our colour scheme?
- Yes. PLA filament is available in gold, white, black, blush pink, champagne, ivory, navy, and many more. We'll match your palette as closely as possible.
